We will also need a TYPED COPY OF YOUR MENU, any logos, or fonts you wish to use. Also include any design or layout ideas, photographs or color samples in the mail to us.

Upon receiving these items, we will calculate a ROUGH ESTIMATE and fax it to you or call. Please specify any contact times that are convenient for you to speak to us.

When our estimate meets your approval, we will require a 50% DEPOSIT prior to beginning any work.

Our team of artists will design a ROUGH SKETCH for your Menu Boards, based on the information you supplied. The sketches and FINAL ESTIMATE will be faxed to you. Upon your approval, we will start to create your BlackBoards.

NOTE: The sketches will be rough, black & white, showing artwork and header placements. We would rather use our talent on your actual boards, instead of charging you for detailed sketch layouts.

We arrange a DELIVERY / SHIPPING date for your BlackBoards. Boards being delivered to the local, Northern New Jersey area require the balance of payment upon delivery. Boards that will be shipped must be prepaid before shipment date. An 8-10 week period is a rough estimate of your completion time, depending on size and complexity of your BlackBoards.

As an additional service to our Northern New Jersey customers, we may be able to provide a BASIC installation service with delivery. This includes dry-wall mounted and chain-hung installation. This does not include angle-hung boards, cement / metal services or chain-hung boards from ceilings over 8 feet.
